Banana Boyz Progress in MC

After 2 nights in MC we've seen quite a lot of bosses that are new to us, we've managed to take all those that we attempted down.
Some were a lot harder than others, of course...(Garr)
Anyway, here are the deathshots:
After a pretty long and retarded fight, we managed to take down Garr, which was a great accomplishment for all attending it. Oh, and one more thing for Eqt...
Our 3rd and, for now, last night in MC went smooth as silk, Baron Geddon went down in 2 tries, Golemagg got downed on the first try, and Sulfuron was a piece of cake, after a failed attempt we had 0 deaths on the guy! All BBz who helped, great job! Again, here are the deathshots:

Keeping Banana Boyz small

After reaching 100+ members a couple days after the guild was created, it was decided to cut the numbers down.
Anyone below 20 who was not previously voted in was booted. This sets a simple rule for new candidates to joining us: to apply to the guild you have to be 20+. Chances are this recruiting restriction will get higher as time passes.
Why not using the recruiting policy we used when we built Blood?
